A survey on 300 church leaders was performed with following results ...

- 23% admitted having ''something sexual'' going on with a person other than their wife.
- 12% were having sexual intercourse with someone else than their partner
- 61% fantasized on having sex with someone else than their marriage partner
- 25% were having sexual fantasies on a weekly or daily basis 

Question: Is it possible for church to become a place where also leaders can become open and transparent? Why not? Can a church leader find refuge in church or is he thrown out of the community, as is often the case nowadays?

''Porn-Power" looses 80 % of it's strength once you start being open and honest to yourself and others. Many have experienced this. It's important to find friends with whom you can talk openly and honestly.

Finding true freedom from sex addiction does not come from working programs, reading books, attending groups, counseling or Bible knowledge. These are valid and important tools God uses as a part of the healing process, but in of themselves they don't set the struggler with sex addiction free. Why? Because until he fills the hole in his soul with something bigger, stronger and more attractive than sexual sin, the gnawing emptiness inside of him will continue to drive him to lust. Men and business trips

Businesstrips are for me always a challenge. Often being in the hotel room, tired, hungry and lonesome with the possibility to watch ''blue movies'' (sex TV channels). Here a few tips that have helped me to stay clean:

• Ask the hotel reception to centrally turn of the blue movie channel in your room. If this is not possible ask them to remove the TV.
• Stick a family photo of yours on the TV screen. It works miracles : )
• Have your wife phone you a few times in the evening.
• Stay cool and do not fear.
